Blunely data deletion

Effective date: 30 October 2026.

Blunely does not create user accounts or operate its own server to store photos, routines, notes or progress records. The person responsible for handling privacy requests is Javier Miller Velasco, Blunely's commercial operator. Legal and privacy contact: javiermillerv@gmail.com. Delete data from this installation

Open Blunely and choose Ajustes (Settings) → Borrar todos mis datos. The same function appears as Eliminar todos mis datos in routine settings. These are the current Spanish button labels. Confirm twice. The app deletes its local data and preferences, including products, routines, notes, progress records and photos in Blunely's private directory, then creates an empty local state. If deletion fails, it remains pending and is retried. The app attempts to cancel scheduled reminders that no longer apply, although an earlier reminder may still appear if reconciliation fails or is delayed.

This deletion does not reach original photos in your library, exported backup ZIPs, operating system backups or device transfers, or RevenueCat and store records. Delete originals and ZIPs separately at their destinations and manage system backups through the relevant provider. Exported ZIPs are not encrypted. Temporary cache files may remain until the app or operating system removes them, as explained in the privacy policy.

Request deletion by email

Email javiermillerv@gmail.com, state that you are requesting deletion of Blunely data, and describe the data concerned. You can do this after uninstalling the app. Javier will receive and handle the request; an email does not give him access to content stored only on your device, so local deletion must be performed in the app or through your device's options.

If you request deletion of subscription data held by RevenueCat, provide only if available your anonymous RevenueCat identifier or the transaction or order identifier from your receipt. The app does not currently display the anonymous identifier. Do not send photos, notes, complete ZIP files or other unnecessary data to identify a purchase. If there are reasonable doubts about identity or the record cannot be found with the information provided, Javier will ask only for what is necessary and explain the limitation. No automatic lookup or deletion is promised: Javier will verify the match and handle each applicable request in RevenueCat. RevenueCat and the stores retain their own records under their applicable policies and obligations.

Javier will respond without undue delay and within one month of receipt at the latest. If the GDPR permits an extension because of complexity or the number of requests, he will notify you within the first month. You may also exercise other applicable rights and complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Subscriptions and retention

Deleting Blunely data or requesting its deletion does not cancel a subscription. To cancel renewal, use Google Play or Apple's App Store, depending on where you subscribed. A purchase with a Google Play test card has been validated in the internal track; purchases with real payment methods have not yet been validated.

Local data remains while you keep it in the installation, subject to the recovery and cache limits in the policy. Exported ZIPs remain until you delete them from the chosen destination; operating system backups follow the provider's settings and periods. RevenueCat data may be kept while needed to verify access and handle requests, then under applicable contractual or legal periods; Javier will arrange deletion where appropriate. Store records follow their own policies. Under internal criteria, Javier will review ordinary support enquiries for deletion 12 months after closure and retain a minimal record of rights requests 3 years after closure, unless a legal obligation or claim justifies longer retention. These are organizational criteria, not universal statutory periods. Javier has a private register and a restricted-access procedure for periodic review and deletion; each review and deletion requires his action. Tax records actually held by him are retained for applicable statutory periods.
