Blunely terms of use and subscription
Effective date: 30 October 2026.
Provider and scope
The commercial provider is the self-employed professional established in Madrid, Spain: Javier Miller Velasco, business address Calle de la Pícara Molinera, 38, 28041, Madrid, Madrid, España. Legal and commercial contact: javiermillerv@gmail.com. Technical support: monica.bartolome.g@gmail.com. Blunely organizes hair-care products, routines and progress; it provides no diagnosis or substitute for medical advice. Users must comply with law and respect others' rights in photos and notes.
Free plan and Premium
Blunely is intended for adults aged 18 and over and does not technically verify age. In the reviewed implementation, the free plan permits up to three routines and ten active products. Premium is designed to remove those limits and enable progress tracking, advanced reminders and backup export when subscriptions are available and the premium entitlement is active. Existing local data is not deleted merely because Premium expires, although some features may become unavailable; restoring a ZIP neither proves nor restores a subscription. Feature availability depends on the installed version and purchase status. A purchase with a Google Play test card has been validated in the internal track; purchases with real payment methods have not yet been validated.
Price, purchase and renewal
The planned prices, not yet verified in store consoles, are €1.99 per month and €15.99 per year in Spain. Before public launch, the effective products, plans, territories, taxes and prices will be checked in the store and RevenueCat, along with whether the purchase screen shows the plan, duration, total price, applicable taxes and currency, and any trial or offer that actually exists. The price and terms shown by the store when the user confirms the purchase will apply.
The subscription renews automatically for the selected period until cancelled in the store where it was purchased. On Android, Google Play handles billing and the transaction, while RevenueCat verifies Premium access; if iOS purchases are enabled, Apple's App Store handles billing and RevenueCat verifies access. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid period unless a refund or other applicable store condition changes it. Users can manage or cancel in Google Play subscriptions or Apple account subscriptions, depending on where they purchased. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel the subscription. Price changes require notice and, where applicable, consent under store rules and applicable law.
Restore purchases and cross-platform limits
RevenueCat checks the premium entitlement using an anonymous identifier and store purchase data in versions with purchases enabled. Restore purchases asks the store to review purchases associated with the store account used; it does not request a refund or cancel renewal. Without a Blunely account or shared identity, a Google Play purchase may not restore on Apple, or vice versa. Blunely ZIP files contain app data, not purchase entitlements. If a purchase is missing, contact support, identify the store and, if available, provide the order or transaction identifier from the receipt; do not send photos or ZIPs unless needed for the incident. Renewal, cancellation, plan change, refund and restore flows must be validated in the stores before public launch.
Withdrawal, refunds and consumer rights
Premium is offered as an ongoing digital subscription service on Android. Consumers may give notice of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of purchase by emailing javiermillerv@gmail.com with the store, purchase date and enough details to locate the transaction. Any clear statement is sufficient; no particular form is required. Javier will acknowledge receipt and process any applicable refund through the store's channels. On Google Play, users may also request a refund from Google; eligibility through that channel depends on the circumstances and time elapsed. Requests to the operator will be assessed under statutory rights even if the store does not grant a refund under its ordinary policy. If the consumer expressly requested that service start during this period, a proportionate amount for the service already supplied may be due under applicable law; no such charge will be presumed without that express request. Merely installing, opening or using Blunely does not waive the withdrawal right. Cancelling future renewals and withdrawing from the initial purchase are different actions. Statutory conformity and refund rights remain in place and are not limited by store policy. See Articles 97, 98, 102–108 and 114 et seq. of Spain's consumer law. Before public launch, Javier will check the operational refund channel and pre-purchase information displayed in the store.
Data, backups and availability
Product, routine and photo data are held mainly on the device, with the exceptions explained in the privacy policy. Premium ZIP exports are not encrypted; users choose and should protect the destination. Restoring a validated backup replaces local data. Delete all my data does not remove external ZIPs, operating system backups or subscriptions. The operator will maintain the service with reasonable care, communicate material changes and respect statutory conformity guarantees; no term excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Support, changes and applicable law
For support email monica.bartolome.g@gmail.com; for contractual matters, complaints and privacy email javiermillerv@gmail.com. The operator will respond and provide legally required complaint channels. Changes to these terms will be communicated as required by law and will not reduce rights already acquired in a paid period without a legal basis. Spanish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of residence or their applicable courts. See the legal notice and privacy policy, linked in this site's navigation.
