Premium provides the additional features described in the terms of use. The app does not provide a medical diagnosis or medical advice. Effective Premium features and prices must be shown before each purchase when subscriptions are enabled. Mónica provides technical maintenance and support for Blunely on the commercial operator's behalf.

Blunely's software, design, text and original elements are subject to the intellectual property rights of their respective owners. Use of the app does not transfer those rights. Third-party marks and materials remain with their owners. Users retain rights to photos and notes they add and authorize only the technical storage and processing needed for their selected on-device features.
